Hey Everyone,
We missed last Saturday because of the cold rain, but we
will be at the market tomorrow. It is going to be a lovely fall day, sunny and
in the 50’s. This is the last regular season market for the year. (don’t worry,
there will be markets through the winter) So come out and see all the farmers
and load up on some groceries. Tomorrow is also a kids market, Harper and Co.
will be providing the music, and Ashland is having Train Day. There will be
lots going on at the market and a couple of blocks away on Center Street.
We have a great selection of cuts of our all natural, all
grass fed beef, including steaks, roasts, ground beef, short ribs, stew beef,
soup bones and more. Our grass fed beef is a healthy, delicious and local
source of protein for your families. Our animals are raised in a caring and
humane manner, living their entire lives out on pasture. We are raising lamb as
well. We will have this available in the near future, but we want them to graze
a little while longer. I will announce in my emails when the lamb is ready.
